Coco-Beach House in Coron, Palawan presents a laid-back coastal spot that blends a quiet beach vibe with simple, fresh local fare. More than just a café, it feels like a beachside retreat where the natural setting shapes the whole experience as much as the food.

Set along a stretch of white sand shaded by swaying coconut trees, the spot is well-organized yet relaxed, with a scattering of elevated huts and hammocks offering comfortable places to unwind. The gentle sea breeze and plentiful natural shade make it an inviting place during midday when the sun is strongest. Early mornings or late afternoons, when the light softens and the beach is less busy, are especially pleasant for lingering here.

This isn’t the kind of place for a quick coffee run but rather somewhere to settle in, enjoy ocean views, and share a meal that feels effortlessly connected to its surroundings. The menu focuses on straightforward, fresh seafood and grilled meats—dishes like grilled parrot fish paired with seaweed salad or shrimp halabos reflect local tastes and ingredients. Those who come as part of boat tours or island expeditions often take advantage of the seafood offerings to round out their day at the beach.

Coco-Beach House draws a crowd looking for a calm, less crowded beach experience. It resonates well with travelers who appreciate organizing a private island stop or an overnight stay in those distinctive huts. The absence of large crowds adds a sense of privacy and peace, making it well-suited for visitors aiming to escape the busier spots elsewhere in Palawan.

While swimming may be limited during jellyfish season, the clear waters invite snorkeling and beachcombing, and it’s easy to spend hours soaking in the atmosphere under the palms. Local snacks are available nearby, but bringing cash is advisable, as the beachside community still retains a simple, low-key feel.

Overall, Coco-Beach House presents a slice of Coron’s serene seaside life—more about savoring the natural setting and fresh, straightforward dishes than a formal café or restaurant scene. It fits well into an island itinerary that combines adventure, quiet downtime, and authentic local flavors in a coastal environment.

This is one of our campsites on the 3 day 2 night Coron to El Nido expedition. Absolute paradise.

Coco Beach is very nice. There’s a quiet community on the side where you can buy some snacks, so it’s best to bring cash. The place is well-organized, peaceful, and clean. The white sand is beautiful, and the coconut trees provide shade. Additionally, the beautiful huts and hammocks make it a relaxing spot, with a nice breeze and not too crowded.

We don't order food at the beach since it was free from our tour. We just enjoy the view of the beach since we can are not allowed to swim because of jellyfish. The island was very organized.

I had the best experience at Coco Beach in April this year. My first time to go there was part of an island hopping tour. This time we rented a private boat so we can stay overnight. We were lucky we had the whole beach to ourselves as there were no other guests at that time. Very peaceful and relaxing. We stayed at those elevated huts and waking up to the beautiful view of the white sand beach and turquoise blue water in the morning is the best feeling. Simple life surrounded by beautiful stunning nature. The outdoor shower is one of a kind experience.

We loved it, went to Coco Beach with the Island Escapade Boat tour. Loved the hammocks and the lunch area in the shade, the beach and the swimming. You can also do a little bit of snorkeling and I won't be too crowded, which is really nice

This was such an amazing and tranquil experience. The sand is beautifully white and the water is crystal clear. There are many huts and hammocks to lay in and they even have a store to buy some snacks and drinks. It was a really relaxing moment to be here with my family.
